Takeout and Delivery Orders

Incorrect or Missing Items: If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.
Quality Issues: If you experience a quality issue with your takeout or delivery order, please notify us within 24 hours with details and, if possible, photos. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Delivered Orders: For delivery orders not received due to our error (e.g., incorrect address provided by us), we will issue a full refund or resend the order at no additional cost. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
 

Online Orders and Prepayments

Cancellations: Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may not be refunded.
No-Shows: Prepaid orders for reservations or events not honored without prior notice are non-refundable.
Processing: Refunds for online orders are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
 

Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
 

Exclusions

Refunds or exchanges are not available for consumed food or beverages unless there is a verifiable quality or safety issue.
We are not responsible for orders placed through third-party delivery platforms. Please contact the respective platform for issues related to their service.
